01 - The setup

What the space gives a production.

Three full-height glass doors and daylight from two sides, with curtains to cut or soften it. The furniture comes out completely if you need an empty floor, or stays if you need a working interior as a set. The dunes and the beach are a four minute walk for exteriors.

Good to know.

Yes. The furniture can be removed entirely if you need a clear floor, or stay in place if the interior itself works as a set.

There is daylight from two sides and curtains to cut or soften it. Additional lighting equipment is not on site and is brought by the production.

The beach and the dunes are a four minute walk. Permits for commercial shoots on public beaches are the production's responsibility.

Yes. Crew, catering, staff and guest management can all be arranged. We have been producing events and content for years.
