Everything a working day actually needs.

03 - Who works here

Who works here.

Remote workers passing through. People who came to Caparica for the surf and need a real desk between calls. Most start with a day pass and end up on a week pass.

Locals from Almada and around. Freelancers and remote employees who do not want to work from the kitchen table and do not want to commute to Lisbon either. The monthly pass costs less than a month of coffees in town.

Small teams up to ten. Companies with people spread across the south bank, booking a fixed contingent so their team has somewhere to meet.

04 - Getting here

Where we are.

Av. da República 13, Costa da Caparica, 300 metres from the beach. Around 20 to 25 minutes by car from Lisbon without traffic. By ferry from Cais do Sodré to Cacilhas, or from Belém to Trafaria, which leaves only a few minutes to Caparica. Paid public parking nearby, no spaces of our own. Step-free entrance.

Yes. We have quiet corners for calls and a dedicated Focus Zone for one-on-ones, focused work and video calls. Please use headphones and keep calls respectful so the space stays calm for everyone.

After booking, Week and Monthly Members receive instructions for accessing the space independently outside staffed hours.

We keep it simple during the launch phase. Water is provided, and there are plenty of cafés, bakeries and lunch spots within a few minutes’ walk in Costa da Caparica.
