Renting a room is one thing. Running an event is another. We have been producing events for years, and for the formats that need more than a space, we take the whole thing off your desk.

02 - How it runs
How a project runs.
Concept
You tell us the format, the number of guests and the date. We come back with what is realistic in the space, what it needs and where the limits are. Honest capacities before anything is booked.
Preparation
We line up the suppliers, build the schedule and handle the parts you do not want to think about. The room is set up before your guests arrive.
The day
Someone from us is on site throughout, coordinating suppliers and keeping the schedule. You are a host at your own event instead of a project manager.

For a workshop, a meeting or a yoga class, the room on its own is usually enough. Production makes sense when guests, suppliers and a schedule come into play.
04 - The space
What the room brings to it.
Everything happens in the same 80 square metres, 300 metres from the ocean and 20 minutes from Lisbon. Three full-height glass doors open the front to the terrace, curtains divide the room into zones, and the furniture comes out entirely when the format needs an empty floor.
05 - What it costs
How it is quoted.
Production is quoted per project, because the difference between fifteen guests with coffee and fifty guests with catering, staff and a DJ is not a number we can put on a page. The room itself starts at €350 for a half day and €600 for a full day. Everything around it is calculated once we know the format.
Minimum booking is half a day. A reservation is confirmed with a 50 percent deposit. Evenings and weekends are possible, times are agreed per event.
