Three full-height glass doors open the whole front to the terrace, and curtains divide the room when you need two zones.

01 - The space

One room, four different days.

80 square metres with wooden floors, warm acoustics and a lot of daylight. It works as a quiet workshop room in the morning and as an open, filled space in the evening. The terrace is part of it, not an extra.

We have been producing events for years. If you want more than a room, we organise it: catering and drinks service, event staff and promoters, photo and video production, DJ and entertainment, guest management and additional tech. Tell us the format and we build the rest around it.

Minimum booking is half a day, we do not rent by the hour. A reservation is confirmed with a 50 percent deposit. Evenings and weekends are possible, times are agreed per event.

06 - Getting here

Where we are.

Av. da República 13, Costa da Caparica, 300 metres from the beach. Around 20 to 25 minutes by car from Lisbon without traffic. By ferry from Cais do Sodré to Cacilhas, or from Belém to Trafaria, which leaves only a few minutes to Caparica. Paid public parking nearby, no spaces of our own. The entrance is step-free, the toilet is narrow and not fully wheelchair accessible.

Good to know.

Up to 20 seated in rows, around 16 at work tables, and up to 50 standing when the inside and the terrace are used together. For team coworking the space holds 10 people.

From €350 for a half day and from €600 for a full day. Larger formats such as brand activations, evenings and weekends are quoted individually. Minimum booking is half a day.

Yes. Events are possible during the day, in the evening and at weekends. Exact times are agreed per event rather than fixed.

Yes. There is a kitchenette with a sink, glasses and crockery on site, and external catering is welcome. We can also organise catering and a drinks service for you.

Projector, screens, whiteboard and flipchart are set up on request rather than included by default. There is a small sound system in the space.

Music is allowed, and a DJ works for formats like brand activations, launches and community events. What does not work here is club volume or a party where the drinking is the point.
