Out of Office is designed as a calm place to work, with room for community when the moment feels right. We ask everyone to be mindful of noise, calls and shared spaces. Longer conversations are best kept to the coffee area, outside or after working hours.

For your first visit, yes — please book a Day Pass in advance so we can save you a seat and welcome you properly. After that, day-pass members can usually drop in during opening hours, depending on availability.

Yes. We have quiet corners for calls and a dedicated Focus Zone for one-on-ones, focused work and video calls. Please use headphones and keep calls respectful so the space stays calm for everyone.

A shared desk, high-speed fibre WiFi, access to the sunny terrace, quiet corners for calls, the Focus Zone and a calm place to work close to the ocean. Water is provided during the launch phase.

Our staffed hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:00. Week Pass and Monthly Pass members enjoy 24/7 access to the space.

Yes. Week Pass and Monthly Pass members receive 24/7 access to the space. Day Pass access is available Monday to Friday from 9:30–17:00.

After booking, Week and Monthly Members receive instructions for accessing the space independently outside staffed hours.

We keep it simple during the launch phase. Water is provided, and there are plenty of cafés, bakeries and lunch spots within a few minutes’ walk in Costa da Caparica.

Yes. You can rent the full 80 m² space for workshops, team sessions, small events or private gatherings. Projector, sound system and warm acoustics can be set up on request. Send us a message and we'll help you set it up.

You'll find us at Av. da República 13, 2825-399 Costa da Caparica, about 300m from the ocean. By car it is around 20 to 25 minutes from Lisbon without traffic, longer at peak times.
